Surrender Policies

If you are considering surrendering your boxer, make sure you have exercised every option; ie. medical, behavioral, etc.  If you would like to discuss this decision with a volunteer please email fassasfriends@gmail.com or call (856) 889-0832. We may be able to assist you with the problem at hand in order for you to keep your boxer rather than surrender him/her.

If you have made the final decision to surrender your boxer, please follow the following steps:

• Please fill out the Owner Surrender form.  This form asks a lot of very important detailed questions concerning your boxer’s physical description, health and behavior. With this information, we will be able to successfully place your boxer in a home that is a specific match for him/her. Please complete and submit the owner surrender form on line.  You can also call (856) 889-0832 and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
• If you have a digital camera and can email pictures along with the completed form, please do as it will help expedite the process.
• You will be asked to supply all of your boxer’s veterinary records, so please gather your records as soon as possible.
• We will then make an appointment to meet you and your boxer to discuss details for finding your boxer a new home.
