Please meet Fassa’s Friend, Ginger.
1-29-14: Ginger is in excellent health. She had her senior bloodwork done and the vet said she’s in excellent condition; no issues whatsoever with kidneys, liver or her heart! She was spayed the beginning of January with no complications at all. What a healthy great little lady!
Please see the new pics of Ginger and read her updated bio from her Foster Mom, Dawn! Thank you Dawn!
“Ginger is such a fun loving family girl. She loves playing with toys & will bring one to the door when we come home. She was very well trained on commands, another great reason to adopt a more experienced boxer (she doesn’t like being called a senior & she doesn’t act like one either). I think Ginger would do best in a home with another dog as she loves playing & snuggling with our male boxer. Since she does love running & chasing her football out in the yard I would like to see her in a home with a fenced yard to keep her young & active.” (Keep in mind, Ginger is great with small children as well.)
If you would like to meet this vivacious and fun-loving gal, please complete an Adoption Application found under the Adoption Tab at the top of the page. If you are a pre-approved home, simply email us at email@example.com, with your name and approval status. Please see below for more of Ginger’s history!
10/15/13 Update from Ginger’s Foster Mom: “She is really a great girl. She listens very well & knows a bunch of commands. Her biggest problem (if you want to call it that) is she is the sloppiest drinker I’ve ever seen.” (she could use a doggie place-mat under her water bowl). “She is such a love & very interested in family life – she wants to be a part of everything. She acts more like a 3 yr old – very quick & will jump to catch toys with no sign of hip or knee issues.” Click here to see her in motion:
Obviously it has taken Ginger (on the left) no time at all to snuggle up to her canine foster brother, Baley (on the right) and win the hearts of her Foster Family. Thanks Dawn and family for taking this fabulous gal into your home! Ginger is also wonderful with her 3 year old human brother!
