Hi! I’m Fassa’s Friend, Benny! I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!

UPDATE 11/18/11-Everyone who meets Benny just absolutely loves him.  He is a phenomenal dog.  We have found out so much about him in the past 2 months.  Benny just aims to please.  He is so well behaved and listens extremely well.  He hasn’t met a person, or dog he doesn’t like.  He is very easy going and just an absolute pleasure. Benny is a big guy of 2 years old.  Some think Benny is a Boxer/American Bulldog mix; others, a Boxer/Coonhound mix. I’m sure you’ll agree, his markings are just  unique and he is absolutely gorgeous!  Benny is housetrained,and hasn’t had one accident in the house. He is walking much better on leash. He is crate trained, however does not require a crate at night. He did jump on the chair to look out the window when Cassie started to bark. He has been seen by a vet and is current on his vaccines and has been neutered.
Benny’s foster home has fostered many dogs and state that Benny is clearly the best foster ever! Cassie & Benny 9-27-11

Cassie started to bark. He has been seen by a vet and is current on his vaccines and has been neutered.  He is very playful and very energetic when outside but  calms down once inside.  Because he is so energetic outside, a home with children over 8 years old would be best suited for Benny. A fenced in yard is required for Benny because he thoroughly enjoys running around in the backyard. As you can see from the pics, he is great with other dogs, especially his gal pal Cassie, who he is pictured with.  Benny knows some basic commands such as sit and stay.  As we find out more about Benny, we will keep you updated.
